1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging, including all accessories, parts, and documentation.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:

- Return Authorization: Once we review your request, we will send you instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- Packaging: Please securely package the item(s) in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Note: All returned items will incur a restocking charge of 25% that will be deducted from the final refund and customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved:
- A refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you want.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order.
- Provide photos of the damage or incorrect item, along with your order number.
- We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund for the item.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank or credit card statement.
- Contact your payment provider to inquire about any delays.
