1. Organizer
The organizer of the “SUMMER” promotion is AZTEC (U.K.) LIMITED, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 02096127, with its registered office at 155 Wellingborough Road, Rushden, Northamptonshire, England, NN10 9TB, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.
The Organizer operates under the trading name Aztec UK Ltd and is part of the Aztec group of companies.
The promotion is conducted in the online store operated by the Organizer, hereinafter referred to as the “Store”.
The promotion is valid from 1 July 2026, 00:00 (GMT+1) until 31 August 2026, 23:59 (GMT+1).
The promotional code may be used only during the period indicated above.
Orders placed before or after the promotion period are not eligible for the promotion.
As part of the promotion, customers may use the promotional code: SUMMER.
The promotion applies only to Master Flash products available in the Store.
By using the promotional code, customers receive:
Free standard shipping for orders containing eligible Master Flash products with a net product value of £50 or more, or
A reduced standard shipping fee of £5 for orders containing eligible Master Flash products with a net product value below £50.
The promotion applies to all customers.
The promotional shipping rates apply only to eligible Master Flash products purchased in the Store and do not apply to any other products unless expressly stated otherwise by the Organizer.
To use the promotion, the customer must enter the promotional code in the appropriate field during the checkout process before placing the order.
The shipping discount will be applied automatically after the correct promotional code has been entered and the order meets the applicable conditions.
The promotional code may be used multiple times by the same customer during the promotion period, unless otherwise stated by the Organizer.
The promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or any other equivalent.
The promotion is not applied retroactively to orders placed without using the promotional code.
The SUMMER promotion cannot be combined with other discount codes, individual discounts, special offers, or promotional campaigns, unless the Store clearly states otherwise.
If several promotions are available at the same time, the customer may be required to choose one of them.
If a customer withdraws from the sales contract or returns products purchased using the promotional code, any refund will be calculated based on the amount actually paid by the customer.
If, following a return, the order no longer meets the conditions for the promotional shipping offer, the Organizer reserves the right to recalculate the shipping charges in accordance with the Store’s standard shipping rates.
The promotion does not limit or exclude any statutory rights of customers, including consumer rights related to withdrawal from the contract, complaints, warranty, or non-conformity of goods with the contract.
The applicable promotional shipping cost will be shown in the order summary before the customer places the order.
Participation in the promotion is voluntary.
The Organizer reserves the right to end, suspend, or modify the promotion only for valid reasons, provided that such changes do not affect rights acquired by customers before the change.
In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the general Terms and Conditions of the Store and applicable law shall apply.
These Terms and Conditions are available on the Store’s website throughout the duration of the promotion.
These Terms and Conditions enter into force on 1 July 2026.
